I'm really good friends with this guy and he's got a gf but I'm like...madly in love with him! I can't tell him how I fell but, if I don't I may never get another chance. He used to love me too but I don't know how to find out if he still does. SOMEONE HELP!!!

2) What sort of volume would one need to do to make it worthwhile, if the facility is located in a country like China or India where there is ample cheap labor. (I know it would be difficult to answer this without further details, but even a rough estimate would be useful.) Thank You.

I have a client with a jumbo loan of iver 745k that with all his closing cost ppp and broker fees included. he wanted a 30 yr fix 10 i/o at a rate of 5.75. In todays market he would have to buy down the rate for like 1.07 percent. Ok so im charging him the broker feewhich is 1.25 and he is paying the bank to get that rate in the fives. Now he went to anotherlende and hat ender is using the old ican give you better cost bait. the borrower is a 720 FICO with good reserves of abot 29000 dollars he doesnt want to spent to much on buying down the rate. the other guy is telling him that they can do a 5.875 at a $9000 dollar flat fee. FOR TOTAL CLOSING COST. THATS IMPOSSIBLE

friends - always with me before, makes me laugh before. respect me before. but now, doesn't seem to care anymore, don't listen to what im trying to say eventhough its important, makes me feel rejected by them. makes me feel that they're laughing at my back. and also when im around, they looked like they don't see me. and when im trying to tell something, they don't give a damn. i dont know why did they turned out that way. i've been with them over 3 years..

my boyfriend - even if im telling senseless things, he still listens, always there with me. makes me feel good. he also proved to me that he can be my friend, my brother, and my boyfriend. and even we have little fight, when day comes and i'll need him, he's always there.

that's why i choose my boyfriend over my friends. some may think im dumb sticking with my bf and leaving my friends, but to me, i decided right.

what about you guys? how can you comment on this? what do you think?

I was so frustrated at my job the pay was good but it was dead end i was not going anywhere started to feel stuck, frustrated and unhappy at the end of the day. For the past few weeks i have been searching looking for jobs and i realised that the pay is not that good and i definately have to sacrifice for a pay cut, there is only staffing agencies all over that is offering stupid schedules. I already quit my old job but feel guilty like i did something wrong. Is that normal? should i go back? or shjould i continue to move on with the hope that the right job will com along. i think i made the wrong move at the wrong time.

that has no charge, I want to go back all the way to 25th cousins from every side of my parents. I am sure I have over 5000 25th cousins, 1st cousin is same grandparents from mom or dad. 2nd cousin share same great grandparents from all sides (mom's dad, mom's mom, dad's mom, dad's dad). 3rd cousin share same great great grandparents [m = mom, d = dad] (mmm, mmd, mdm, mdd, dmm, dmd, ddm, ddd), 4th cousin and so forth. so how can I go back 24 generation back to find everyone in my ancestry?
