I have been promoted 3 times, I have played the game for 5 years, been very responsible/loyal, taken all steps necessary to work my way up the corporate ladder and because of a serious arguement with my boss 2 years ago, I feel as though I have hit a wall with my career and can not advance anymore as he no longer likes me. I have been passed up for a promotion 3 times now, a position that without a doubt should have been mine. I have all the skills, experience, etc...I am the obvious next person for the job. I have been to HR now twice to tell them my whole story and they were rude and very protecitve of my boss. It is aparent that they would just prefer to have me quit, but I refuse (as unhappy as I am here). If this is how it will end here after all of my hard work, i want unemplyment until i find another job elsewhere. Any advice on how I can get unemployment? I won't get it if I quit, and that would be too easy on them. How can I get them to lay me off?

i am 40 weeks pregnant, i still have not got any sort of labor pain....tomorrow i am getting admitted in hopital and doctor is going to induce me...i heard eventhough doc induce some people wont get labor pain..in that case i need to undergo C-section....why i am not getting any sort of labor pain.....how many of you have got induced for the pain..is that going to be successfull..i am ofcourse nervous and getting tensed toooo..please help me............

a year ago i ran into this guy and we instantly clicked.The problem is this guy is mutual friends with my brother and my x(my x and bro r best friends)when i ran into this guy i was still bitter about catching my x cheating,he was sweet and listened and understood,he drove me home that night,he told me there was a'guy code'and he was hesitant to breaking it,but i invited him to stay and he did,i asked him to sleep in the bed w/me,he did,i asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slept,he was so sweet.I saw him 2 months later and he came to me and said"your killing me"my x was there alos and freaking out that we liked eachother.10 months later now,i called him and told him he was eating me alive,he said feelings are mutual and he had no idea thats how i feel.The problem now is he has been dating someone for a month now so i told him to tell me to give and let it go and he said he cant because im so beautiful.What now?

My question does God have a brain? Where does his intelligence come from? If he is just some sort of spirit, a wisp of fog or a burning bush. Then where is his knowledge coming from? How can he function without a brain? Do we have a brainless God?

I have been with my boyf for about a year thinking that eventually he would tell his family of me . . . now he doesnt think this is ever a real possibility (too difficult) and we have sort of split up. I think if we were together longer, perhaps he would be prepared to tell his family one day...... hes understandably confused and doesnt know what is best...

I'm having a problem with my sons school giving him the services he needs . He should be getting OT/SPEECH in school instead of getting them from outside sources. I'm thinking of requesting a meeting for a 504 plan. Once I do this what all documentation needs to be given? His disability is a TBI.

I have just finished a 6 months probationary period at a company on the pretence that i would like to develop my career within it. However i have recently decided that i want to become a teacher & have been accepted on a course at university. Should I be honest & tell the company that i plan to leave in August or wait & just hand in my 4 weeks notice, nothing said? I don't want people to think i took them for a ride?

Jane Doe was molested by her father through out her teenage years until she moved out after h.s to college. She never reported him nor did her mom. Jane is now an adult, four years went pass after the scene and will like to report what happened to her then, right now. That's her way of closure, but she think it might be too late. Is there anyway Jane can bring justice to this?...by the way, since Jane never told ne1 her father has molested 3 other girls and was never reported by child nor parent out of ignorance or fear.

Help Jane bring justice for not only herself but for the other victims as well who would not testify...how do she go about this being it was years ago?

You what nascar now and their is nothing at all stock on those cars. They are only made to look like the model cars they represent. So what ever happened to plain ol "stock car" racing?
