As my old computers floppy disk function has been broken my sisters daughter, who fed it lego. Is it possible for me to download this 'Fdisk' ? Thanks

yes .. u can get a bootcd with all the regular dos tools ... try bootdisk.com

You can get a USB floppy drive and it will work just as fine. The floppy drives are quite cheep now a days even the internal drive is less than 20$. So I think it will be cheaper to get the drive than thinking about all the alternatives.
If you have any other computer with floppy drive and a CD writer then it's just question of burning a CD.

Hmm..your daughter fed your computer a lego? Didnt you tell her to leggo your eggo? Yes, it is possible to dowload fdisk to a CD, but may not be what you want to do. You could just format the floppy in DOS if you like.

Yeah, you should be able to copy the FDISK.COM file to a writeable CD and run it from the CD if you can get the computer booted...
You may be able to format a bootable CD but it takes the right software...
If you mean download the file itself then yeah, do a search for windows 98 boot disk and the file is part of the boot disk...or you could copy it from a windows CD..
