My question does God have a brain? Where does his intelligence come from? If he is just some sort of spirit, a wisp of fog or a burning bush. Then where is his knowledge coming from? How can he function without a brain? Do we have a brainless God?

"We humans I think everyone agrees that all intelligence comes from the brain please correct me if I am wrong?" No, you would be wrong. God gave us intelligence...and he gave us a brain. So we need to use what he has given us.

"Where does his intelligence come from?" He is God. He is the Creator...not the created. His intelligence is unmeasurable.

A brain is not where intelligence comes from. A brain is that through which intelligence manifests, it comes from God. God, not being mortal, requires no intermediate material vessel to manifest His intelligence, which is perfect.
