That's an interesting one. Since God created through his will universe and all the Rocks inside he can also create same rock but God is far superior than rock so his powers are beyond limit

God is infinitely clever and clever and to even think of to do some thing like this might shrink His nature and He might then be untrue to Himself. God might in fact be checking out Himself which isn't a healthful characteristic of being God and so can't ever take place.

God's omnipotence doesn't mean he has to do things which are impossible. That is a misunderstanding of the theology of omnipotence.

He can't create a rock because he doesn't exist.
And he can't lift said non-existent rock for the same reason. Neither he nor the rock exist.
