And, why did they pick Addison? She's probably the most boring character on the show? She and Derrick are over, she and Alex are confused, and what will McSteamy do without his object of obsession? I won't watch it.

I have no idea. I think the writers are letting the good ratings get to their head. Just because grey's is doing so great doesn't mean this spinoff will too.
The writer of Grey's is also doing another show called 'Correspondents' or something and the main character is going to be Jeffery Dean Morgan ( Denny ).

I agree, I'm not sure what the Spin Off will exactly about all i know is that Addison will be in it.
I don't think it will do so well... not a lot of spin offs do unless its Law and Order or CSI...

it's a great show the way it is. Addison's character while good on Gray's with the rest of the cast is not really strong enough to carry her own show. And I think that if they try to copy the drama of Gray's will just seem stale.

I have no idea unless they think that they have to split up the characters so everyone gets a storyline. I heard that Tye Diggs from "Rent" joined the cast for the spin-off.

Gray's anatomy is awesome and nothing can come close. I wouldn't watch it. I wish it were on twice a week.

I dunno if they are gonna do that... but if they did... i dont think i would watch it... call my stuborn but i am only gonna be a greys fan. if they are making a spin off because of problems with the cast then that really is stupid. some people need to stop running their mouth on the set and do their damn job...
