i must confess, I have really bad eating habits
-I don't like raw veggies (I really tried to force myself to like them, but can't)
-I don't like the standard fruits that are easy to carry around, like oranges, apples, and bananas
-I really don't like water, I gag sometimes when I try to drink it
-I have tendencies to overeat because I feel that if I don't finish what ever is infront of me that i'm being wasteful and since its there I might as well just finish it so that I've completed something
-I catch myself eating food when I not hungry, but just because I want to have that taste in my mouth or just because I saw it
I've been working out alot and I really want to be in really really good shape for v-ball in the fall, but i can't carry on this whole eating thing, if you have any tips that will like trick my brain into just ignoring food or just tips in general. I'm open to them
