continues to make statements like: "The American People won't support withdrawing troops from Iraq." "The American People know that Saddam Hussein was the organizer of the 9/11 attacks." "The American People don't want enery independence."
when in fact, the exact opposite are true?

Why is no one in the press playing soundbites from his nonsense over and over again, the way Rush Limbaugh does when a democrat says something that can be misinterpreted?

This administration has a marvelous facility for ignoring "inconvenient truths".

If the Democrats would just post previous statements alongside current statements made by this Presidency the campaign for change would be short and sweet.

Apparently, the Administration relies on the short attention span of Americans.

Despite the claim that the press has a liberal bias, it really is controlled by large conservative corporations.
In other words, the shareholders control the media.

With that said, it is a no-brainer as to why the press does not question the authority of the Vice-President (who, as we all really know, IS the President...Bush is nothing more than a marionette!).
