I currently rent an apartment with my mother and brother.Our landlords harass us practically everyday and have even done the unthinkable, but they feel like we are the ones causing problems. Today they said that they wanted us out. My question is: Is my mother obligated to pay rent even if the landlords have told us to leave?? I am very thankful for any help I can get, Thank you and God Bless.

im not questioning about being with him or not, i love him death and that isn't a problem. i respect his decision. it just hit me today that he was really going to be gone for about 5 months..i dont want him to worry about me. should i go to see him off? we've talked about but i just cant make a decision. i know that if i went, i would cry hystarically (who wouldnt) and that would make him not able to leave. what should i do?

I am working in an office setting, and it drives me crazy. I work with UNDER QUALIFIED ppl, who cant spell, cant learn, we have little tests that we have to do and they get between 10-50% between the 9 of them, and i am an outcast because I got 91% and 73%, so i am looked at as someone who thinks i am smart, but pair me up with an other average person, they would get the same or better marks. so i got supervisor in 8 months, this makes them mad, my co-worker who i work with right now has gotten me in to trouble, and blames me for things that she does, with no shame no less, she is a paranoid person who after working 12 hrs a day 4days on and 4days off is driving me nuts like she is, it is rubbing off on me, and i am finding that i am doubting myself and my abilities, there are 10 of us who run the office, and we are in pairs and i get her now for the month of March, lucky me, they act like it is their God given right to work there.
i NEED to get out before i go postal,
