I was 300lbs in Sept. 06

Changed my ways and am now down to 235.

I use to be in shape when i was 14-17, put alot of weight on for football.

I want to get back down to around 200lbs.

im a 6'2 20year old man.

I eat healthier and exercise alot.

But I still have alot of flabby fat.

Its mostly in my stomach area and sides.

I do have strech marks.

I do alot of situps and crunches and all those.

Im still 35lbs away from my goal weight.

Im wondering is this "saggyness" that I still have is loose skin or just still fat left over?

It has gotten better as I been working out, but cant tell if it will comptlety tighten back up.

It still has flab in it, so im confused if its just stubborn fat, or loose skin??

How can I tell?

There is this one song I can't seem to remember the name of or who sang it, but I liked it. Some of the lyrics were 'A friend in need is a friend indeed, what's even better is a friend with weed" it was a song that was on a movie called Chumscrubbers about an upper-class suburban neighborhood whose kids are adversely effected by the suicide of a local drug hustler and even moreso by their oblivious parents. It had Glenn Close and a few others, the reason I brought that up is because if there was any website I could look up that movie and see a list of all the songs in it, I'd be very grateful as well. The first person whose response gets me to the answers I need wins! Thanx!

I just saw the film and enjoyed it, but had a few questions and reservations (e.g., only the most American-influenced Japanese soldiers seemed capable of mercy or compassion).

I'd like to know how Japanese film critics have received the film. I know it's playing in Shibuya, for example, and was a box office hit in its first weekend, but can't find any reviews online.

I am especially interested in finding professionally published film reviews on the film, available online, from Japanese media, i.e. newspapers, magazines, TV broadcasts.

I'm posting this question here instead of under "film" in hopes of reaching more people who are in Japan, or who have more access than I do to Japanese media sources.

I am a disabled Army vet with schizophrenia. I live in Louisville, kentucky and have mixed thoughts about this war. I am not poor, nor rich. I believe in equal rights, and democracy and freedom. It just seams here in Louisville there is a strong presence of neocon republicans who have a strict agenda. This city is either one extreme or the other. Either your a religious extremist, or your a dope dealing street thug. Inbetween is hard to find. Which city would I best fit into?

So I got into a debate with a friend and we had a concept we couldn't agree on...

He says if you try to choose something randomely an infinite number of times you will eventully choose the 'right one'. I gave him the following counter arguement which I believe proves him wrong, but he still seems to think it does not solve the problem...

If I was given 2 pieces of paper numbered 1 and 2 on the reverse side so i could not see the numbers and attempted to randomely select the number 2, would I, given an infinite number of tries eventually pick the number 2?

My friend says I would definitely pick 2 eventually. I said it is possible to select the number 1 an infinate number of times and explained it like this...if I could see the numbers I would be able to pick 1 an infinite number of times, therefore when not visible there is still a combination to select 1 an infinite number of times also even though it is highly unlikely.

Can you infinitely get this choice correct?

That always bothered me. Is there a reason, or is that just the way it is?

My female friend's niece is 5 years old. One day I brought them out to shopping mall during Chinese New Year. Kids love to look around and be fascinated by sight and sounds of the crowds in the mall. I led her by hand, talked to her, hugged her and carried her. The challenge is, she loves to speak about something without looking into my face, she just say what she wanted to say and she is not exactly shy, in fact she enjoyed being carried by me. Why won't she look at me?
