It is easy. You should buy a USB bluetooth if your laptop does not have a built in one. Moreover, your printer should be able to work wirelessly. It depends upon the brand and the model. When you set the bluetooth up in your laptop, you should turn your printer on and let you laptop discover your bluetooth device.

Since you have a wireless connection on your laptop I assume you have a wireless access point on your network.
You can use the "Add a printer" wizard in WinXP to add "A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer."
You can use that to browse for the printer connected to another computer on your network.

Some printers will have an IR port (it looks like a small red/black window). If you have one, and your laptop has one, you can print from it.
Otherwise, you can buy a wireless print server ($50 or so).

Now a days all laptops coming as wireless as built-in, and buy a wireless lan connected with usb for ur desktop pc, and check both configurations and connect both, its easier
