hi, just wanted to ask a question. I know the pole dancing has now become a new exerszie craze and just wanted to know from people that have removeable poles in there homes and can you spin on them and climb on them.. i am hopefully going to get one and start taking classes and have fun with it.. but just wanted to know if it is sturdy enough to spin and climb on. Thanks!

Yeah i love pole dancing and it is the greatest form of exercise my friend has one in her house they are quite sturdy and strong there shouldn't be a problem they are made to take weight.

I have found that the X-pole is the safest at home pole. Lil' mynx has fallen on many of my friends, and many of the other brand out there arent good for full spins and what not.
If you are serious about the art, get an X-pole. They cost quite a bit, but are GREAT.
If you are not serious and might do tiny spins but nothing else, you SHOULD get an X-pole but can probably get by with a cheaper one.
