The whites of my eyes are yellow. They get like this a lot but I am wondering what I can do to make them white again. Is there a certain vitamin that I should maybe be taking to help with this??

You could have a type of anemia if this recurs frequently like you say. The yellowing of your eyes is jaundice. PLEASE see your doctor about this. Your body cannot keep compensating for the deficiencies if, indeed, there is a problem such as anemia. There are other things that cause jaundice of the eyes, but you didn't mention any other symptoms. A simple daily vitamin with B12 might be all your doctor suggests, but you MUST get seen and have some tests run to make sure this "simple" problem is indeed simple! If you have a more serious problem (like a more complex anemia or a different problem altogether), the sooner the better!
Good luck!!

Have you asked a doctor? I know yellowing of the eyes can be a sign of liver problems, it would be good to make sure it is nothing and then find out if you can use eye drops or something to fix the problem.
