He's a hardcore,straight true down to the bone preacher who preaches what God lays on his heart?This man loves God is a WONDERFUL preacher! money all the time? He constantly takes more and more money for bars and gambling debt. Every time I get paid he says he "owes" money for something...gambling, to friends, at a bar etc..then he goes out to the bar 4x a week and says he deserves too. He does not hold down a job; i work full time and take care of all the bills. I blew up today again when he said he "owed" $100 to a friend! I don't know if he is lying to get more money of if he really is borrowing more and more...I need opinions!

This couple goes to an agricultural show way out in the countryside a fine Sunday afternoon, & are watching the auctioning off of bulls.
The guy selling the bulls announces the first bull to be auctioned off: "A fine specimen, this bull reproduced 60 times last year."

The wife nudges her husband in the ribs, & comments, "See! That was more than 5 times a month!"

The second bull is to be sold: "Another fine specimen, this wonder reproduced 120 times last year."

Again the wife bugs her husband, "Hey, that's some 10 times a month. What do YOU say to that?!"

Her husband is getting really annoyed with this comparison.

The third bull is up for sale: "And this extraordinary specimen reproduced 365 times last year!"

The wife slaps her husband on the arm and yells, "That's once a day, every day of the year! How about YOU?!"

The husband was pretty irritated by now, & yells back, "Sure, once a day! But ask the auctioneer if they were all with the same cow!!"

I can't figure this out for the life of me.

So far, the war cost about 367 billion dollars. We are fighting there with about 150,000 soldiers (upper bound).

In other words, we spent about 2.5 million dollars per soldier.

On what?

I can't figure it out. Procurement was minimal (most equipment was pre-existing), maintenance is minimal (as combat action is on very low intensity levels, globally speaking) and we are fighting with a minimal force (relative to historical levels).

I guess I could also be asking why WW2 was so cheap. Comparatively, procurement was huge, ongoing combat operations were on a very intense level and we were involved with upwards of 5 million men.

What gives?

flying out next friday morning and leaving sunday evening. i have never been out there just taking a weekend trip to look for jobs i am from the east coast. how much do you recommend bringing to cover food, drinks, hotel for two nights (3 star nothing fancy). probably cab fare as well and maybe some sighseeing. any help is appreciated.

I am a 20 year old mother of two.
My eldest daughter, Jennifer, well I don't like her. I love her, and I take pride in her when she accomplishes something new. The problem is is that she is 19mnths old and I can already tell she is going to be a popular, showy kind of girl (I don't like people like this). I try to discipline her accordingly. I don't want to get in the way of who she is to become. I want her to be who she wants to be but I don't know how to guide her (to be better) when I don't understand her. But it feels like she just hates me more day by day. Would it be better to let more things slide because I don't know why she does them? (I can't tell whether she is being bad on purpose or if she thinks she is helping by spilling a bucket of water on the floor when I am cleaning) And sometimes she yells at me (pointing and shaking her fist, shes just a baby!!!) Someone please help?!?

Its a 1998 toyota corolla. 5 speed. (its been in at least two accidents, heavy damage to the passangers side.). When I baught the car,(with all the dents). I was getting 21 miles to the gallon. Now its down 10miles to the gallon. I have replaced the plugs and wires, the rotor and cap. The air cleaner. I even tried Carberator cleaner.

I also have smoke comming from under my hood, Its been cold and theres a exhaust leak under there somewhere. The smoke is light blue from what I can tell. Its been since December, 45 miles a day @ 55mph. However, the oil is still FULL, and so is the radiator fluid, As the car starts out when its cold, it sputters, untill I hit the high RPM's then its smooth.. (also leaves a trail of light blue smoke going down the road untill it gets warm..).. Any Ideas?
