they really don't want to hear the answer. I answer questions about God all the time and I find that people who are not christian's and who ask these types of questions don't really want legit answers. My question is why ask then? I see the stupidest answer that take no thought and/or give no information win as best answer. I totally understand that everyone has their own opinion, but at least have an opinion. Not just something you pull out the air to get 2 points!

Me and my wife don't celebrate Valentine's Day because a) it's a pile of crap and b) Valentine was a mass murderer.

Anyway, we went to the movies last night (Hot Fuzz - excellent flick) and then decided to go to our local for a post-movie drink. This is something we do on a regular basis.

Here's the thing, our local is a dump. It's a crappy pub. I love it, but it's still crappy. I couldn't help but laugh at the dismal attempts they'd made to make it look romantic.

But what REALLY made me laugh is that one guy had actually brought his girlfriend to this dump AS A VALENTINE'S TREAT. THIS WAS THE BEST IDEA HE COULD COME UP WITH.

If your boyfriend took you to a dump of a pub for Valentine's day, would you be happy, or would you be happier with what I did and not made any effort at all?
