The countries in Europe are more or less in the same level of liberalism. Sweden is a very liberal country.

I may be presumptuous in my age, assuming most of you are way younger than I. But I remember the "Sexual Revolution" in the 60's, right here in the U.S. The red eyed braless barely clad hippie chics in their hip hugger elephant leg bell bottoms, long flowing hair, spawned many of the materialistic generation. Free love, acid, and flower power were the craze of the times, and there was an enormous amount of sex just about everywhere anytime, as long as it was free, and there was weed, and Jimi Hendrix was playing in the background. You could get a contact high just standing next to one of these fringe clad 60's vixens. And kids....alot of them were your mommas, hahahaaa!

I live in the Netherlands and I'd definitely have to say it's here.

As an American, I stand by this conclusion because I know I'm not biased.
