I would like to know the amount of protien I can safely ingest in a day.... I am 5'7" WM 135 lbs My goal in 6-8 months is to add ~ 35 lbs of muscle mass. My instructor said it is definatly possible.. I am very active.. I work out 3 - 4 days a week cardio,weight lifting( upper and lower)

I've already asked this question but got little feedback, so I'm trying again. When I wake up in the morning my mouth is filled with saliva - my whole mouth. I can't swallow it because its disgusting and for some reason i don't swallow it in smaller amounts during the night like normal people. My sis has the same problem, why is this? And is there a way of fixing it?

I have this odd pain in my left knee that I usually can't feel unless I'm sitting indian style, or have my left foot pulled back. Whenever I'm training jiu-jitsu and my left knee cap is in contact with the mat with my foot pointing toward my back, I feel it, and it hurts like a mother.

It feels like there is a vein or something on the surface of my kneecap, that when the skin is tightened around the kneecap the vein is more exposed and sensitive, when it makes contact with something there is pain.

I'm not sure if that is a fair assessment but it's moreso a guess. Can anyone give me an idea of what's going on?

Number 10 has its own web site and as you may have heard in the news there is a petition regarding road charges that a lot of people have signed...but have you looked at some of the other petitions on the site ?there are some very relevent issues on there that maybe a lot of yahoo answerers might like to check out..you have to be in the uk though.

e.g. if you hurt someone by mocking them with insults, when karma comes back at you, do you suffer ridicule too? Or can it come back to you in a completely diff. way, such as becoming the victim of robbery? Same with good karma?

John Cena (WWE Champion/WWE Tag Team Champion), The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels (WWE Tag Team Champion) and Batista (World Heavyweight Champion) vs. Rated RKO (Edge and Randy Orton), Montel Vontavious Porter and Mr. Kennedy
All four guys are just getting onto the ring apron and it appears as if Cena and Orton will start. Orton with some punches to Cena and into the corner they go. Orton goes to throw Cena but Cena a reverses, hits a fishermen’s supplex and gets a 2 count. Cena with a hip lock take over and a big elbow drop for another 2. Cena goes to tag out but Orton hits a thumb to the eye, drags Cena to his corner and in comes Kennedy. Kennedy off the ropes but Cena hits a big shoulder block and tags out to the Undertaker. Undertaker knocks Orton off the apron and Undertaker tries to go old school on Kennedy, Kennedy holds onto the top rope but eventually Old School is applied.

I work at a Ski Resort as a cleaning person...my boss is very unorganized. She never gives the schedules very far in advance...BUT, I called her yesterday asking her for my schedule for the week. She told me she would call me back and let me know...I could potentially have to work tonight at 5pm. It is now almost noon and she still hasn't called me. Would it be worng for me to tell her I can't work tonight if she asks. Should I call her and ask for my schedule before 5? I Need to know if I am being a b**ch or if she should give me more advance notice?
