Since christens claim that Jesus died for the sin of all humanity, starting from Adam, and not only people coming after him. Why do you say animal sacrifice became no longer needed not was never needed?

I was working with area and perimeter today, and I noticed that a rectangle can have an area of 8 sq. units and perimeter of 12 units. Then a square can have an area of 9 sq. units and perimeter of 12 units. What I don't understand is how can the perimeter be the same, but the area is different. If I were to cut a piece of string and tie it in a knot, wouldn't it fit around the same amount of blocks (representing area)? This is driving me crazy. I don't understand why it can be different. Can someone explain this to me so that I can sleep tonight?

I tried to login and it is the right password and stuff but it isnt working. We got the dog, an 18 month old yellow lab, about six weeks ago. She's very friendly but the cat refuses to come near her (unless she is in her crate). He basically spends the majority of his time under our bed.
Any suggestions on how to speed up the adjustment process? I'm afraid he's never going to come out and meet her on his own.

The Okra comes in a frozen packet and it says boil them and add spices later. I have just bunged them in the slow cooker with seared chicken and other veggie and chopped tomatoes and garlic and hoped for the best.

I am a western guy with a passion for religion and religious studies. I was born and raised as a Christian bit I have attended a lot of different religions, both Christian and non Christian, and Buddhist.

I have been reading a lot about Islam and Islamic countries, especially the Middle East and its ancient past, recent past and now.

I would really like to go and live in a Middle Eastern Muslim country, learn Arabic, study the Qur'an, work there, use the local clothes and grow a beard.

I work in the financial sector and have been reading about the Sharia law in this sector so that I know how I can adapt my experience to the Sharia law.

The thing is that I am gay and even though I can appreciate that Islam, like a lot of Christian religions, does not accept sexual contact of people of the same sex, only condemns it if there is sex involved.

I think I couldn't live a life of chastity

How does a dichroic filter work? Specificaly how does it reflect certain wavelngths and pass other wavelengths. I think it passes wavelengths because these wavelengths do not match the energies of certain electron orbitals. could you provide a fuller explaination. thanks
