Is this a French knitting doll?
If so, then the lengths of braid can be coiled like a snail's shell and tacked together.
Two of these large round pieces then can be used to make a fashionable shoulder bag - with another length as the strap
Smaller ones could be made into a coin purse
You could even make circular cushion covers in this way

Coil the braid, stitch, and make rug, chair seat, if you have alot, make 2 coils the same size, join to make a bag, make place mats, if you only have a little, try doll clothes, my niece just wrapped the legs and feet of her barbie, looked like boots!, and barbie does not need alot of fabric for her clothes, (that slut!)
