cut back on the swimming and why do you have to learn judo with a vengeance? are you going to make a living with swimming and judo? i just told my nephew who was wanted to further his studies in the martial arts that i would not pay for his lessons as he was not going to make a living with this study. Concentrate on what is most important in your life that will bring you a living.
Then if you have extra time and money take up these as a hobby
In your case you are making your own hell on earth. learn moderation!

If someone isn't forcing you to do this, which would be hard to imagine, just don't stress yourself out. Too much ambition is a bad thing.

are you in school? on a team? are your parents making you swim?
if your parents are making you do these things, ask them to do 1 sport becuase of your home work..
after u get about 10 answers print them out and show them (without arguing)
