I keep getting "Access Denied" "..in use by other person or program.."

I've tried safe mode, CMD in 'run' to DOS prompt, search and then just delete, renaming, ...... NOTHING works!

Does anyone know how to really delete this file?

i had recently got a pup dobe(M) which is just one month old, I know that it should be of minimum 2 month's old before seperating from his mother but in my case it was necessory. What should i feed him and at what interval. Right now i am feeding him buffalo milk 50%+ water 50%+ half teaspoon of cerelac at one time. Pet doc's in my area says it's ok. pup is having loose motion i.e. water like pooty. what should i provide him for his best health. i don't want my dog to have bent leg's so what should be done to avoid that.

Battery checked okay, alternator checked okay, but battery still went dead in two days. Got new battery, went dead in three days. Alternator checked okay again. All electrical systems seem to work okay (all lights, horn, radio, blowers, etc). No visible short circuits, but something has to be shorting out. Will take it to an expert for repairs if necessary, but I'd like to know what is wrong before I do that. Anything else I should check?

My thumb and around that area have been hurting, also my wraist has too. My mom just said I probably sprained it and that there's noting the ER can do for it. I was wondering if it can be sprained its not really swollen, I cant really tell if its brusing and it hurts really bad like a 8 on a scale from 1-10. When I put weight on it, it also hurts. Can it be sprained? Should I go to the doctor?

I met a guy on the internet, we actually havent officially met yet. we have been talking since beginning couple days of january and since then there has only been 3 or 4 days we have not talked. Our conversations are not brief/scattered or anything. we can sit down and talk on the net for 2-3 hours, then talk on the phone right after for an hour and then still text each other.... we never run outta things to say... oh by the way we are about 8 hours apart, in different provinces. he says and i agree we have a super strong connection, even tho it may just be through the net/phone and txting... he says hes likes me and well i like him, whenever i talk to him in any form a smile instantly appears on my face and it doesnt leave, sometimes i wake up the next morning smiling bc of him... i want to go and meet him... am i crazy to believe this could actually come out as a positive situation. by the way i'm 20 going on 21 and he's 25.

I have a dial up connection. These days when i connect to the net
using windows network connections i get 3 errors. This is indicated in the
status bar.I get the connection established but the data is not recieved. Ocassionally it goes at a steady rate of 3kbps(just once in a blue moon). Else no results. Is it a virus or a spyware,help me

The number of Muslims being killed now apperars to be growing on a daily basis. Even the US and British troops in Iraq don't seem to be able to kill as many Muslims as the Muslims themselves.
I believe that Saddam Husseim was the person who was able to put a lid on that killer instinct.
The invasion of Iraq removed that lid and allowed all that smoldering hatred to spew off .

A little over 2 years ago I settled with Capital One for the majority of a credit card I got behind on. I received a letter from Capital One stating that the account had been settled. This left an outstanding balance of $9,000.

Now, 2 years later, a collection company is calling me stating that I owe the remaining balance and that if I don't pay by the end of this month, the debt will be sent to Capital One's "Attorney Network" for a judgement.

I thought that if you have settled, you are under no additional obligation. If so, I'm surprised that the remainder was sold to a collector, or that Capital One is using them to get the rest.

I need some advice and experience.

I am in Texas, and as far as I can tell the Statute of Limitations is 4 years.
