A fortune-teller said that I'm gonna be a successful career person but a failure at marriage. And my future lover is a womaniser. The fortune-teller got my personalities match correctly but my future love/marriage life is a mess according to her calculations. I wanted to defy that fate but I'm afraid it's true.

I'm not entirely sure what I think about fortune telling. I know the phone lines you can ring up are largely just out to get your money but I've also read about some pretty spooky readings. And there are some amazingly fake fortune tellers out there.
It's just their opinion at the end of the day, or their guess. They don't have any more of a clue or gift than you have within yourself. So trust your own intuition.
I think it's probably nicer to actually live your life as it comes - if it's fate your going to get there sometime anyway, do you really need to know about it in advance? Unless of course it's fate that you got to a fortune teller... hmm this could get confusing...

I believe in fortune telling. I also believe that a lot of fortune tellers are frauds who just want cash. I've worked with runes for a while, and they are astonishingly accurate. I know others who work with Tarrot cards and some of them work better with them than others. Wether the fortune teller was right about your and your girlfriend is up to you guys. Its possible that something bad will happen, but what if that something bad brings you two closer together? Even if the fortune teller was a fake, if you will something to happen it will happen. You and your girlfriend worrying about this will indeed cause you to have trouble next year because you both believe you will. Same if just one believes it. If your girlfriend is all "doomsday" about this get a different reading about your futures from someone elce. This may yield the same results, or it may not. If you're not wanting this, maybe mention what I said earlier about it not always being "bad". You can always change a bad into a good if both of you are willing. What doesn't kill something makes it stronger.

well, i think that nothing and no one can decide your future except you. It might be fun to go to a fortune teller, but dont give it too much importance.
Basically, i think they are just making up stuff.

Don't believe it. Those fortune tellers are scam artists and it's been proven how they can manipulate people out of money.
Put your faith in God and trust in a higher power.
Believe in yourself and you will go far!!

well of course your going to be a success,an lots of men likes to look at different beautiful women,its up to you to make it happen the future is yours to contral no one sould not tell you thats that
