that i can gain weight i wanna gain weight but what are some healthy ways

Supplement your food or leftovers with some extra-vigin olive oil, which are low in saturated fats but high in the good fats, whole wheat pasta, tuna, cod, mackerel if you like fish, Lays potato chips if you are active - believe it or not it's fairly healthy (sunflower oil) and has no preservatives or trans fats, lots of Natures Own sugar-free, Whole Grain bread, and tons of nuts like mixed nuts such as almonds, cashews, peanuts, filberts, walnuts, pecans, raisins, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.

And you want to really consume much more than normal of these foods to get the results you're looking for. Of course, it's best to combine this diet with regular exercise such as resistance training and cardio and if you do after about six months you should really see a dramatic difference in your physique.

Try it for 6 months and let me know how many lbs you put on.

I have helped a lot of my friends gain weight and it works everytime. Drink 3-5 glasses of milk a day and it handfuls of peanuts everyday, at least 5-6. Add this to your daily diet and in no time you will weight more and I would swear it on my life but I don't like ot swear.
