I doubt there would have been 10 anything, if God were a liberal. He wouldn't have invented Eve.

The God of the Old Testament was probably a conservative - fire & brimstone. Jesus believed in helping others, taxation (render unto Ceasar...), and forgiveness (turn the other cheek...) so he was probably liberal. The only was into Heaven is through Jesus, not God.
That said, the saying is fairly accurate. Liberals tend to make suggestions with concequences (like the Golden Rule) and not issue commands.

Libs think of there would desire to be loose lunches, breakfast too. Then undesirable kiddies have not got everyone to prepare dinner for them after college or interior the summertime so the college would desire to feed them then too. yet with those style of loose nutrition being given out is the kinfolk nutrition stamp volume decreased. NOOOOOO. Why no longer? that's a brilliant scam no person is calling into.

I think that the Bible is a simplified version of reality that makes it easier for people to believe that they are better than everyone els because they believe in THIS book and not that person's rubbish.
Anyway, to answer your question would say that God changed from being a conservative to a liberal form the old to new testaments.

TE - never in the question was it posted as a joke. The poster of this question post some of the most dumbest one sided questions that are filled with animosity. God would be neither liberal or conservative....politics would not interest him/her. Loving each other and taking care of each other would be the priority.

Oh! I know a couple good ones!
"It's not that all Conservatives are stupid people, it's just that most stupid people are Conservatives"
(very true)
This pertains very much to you. If you believe in the Bible over scientific evidence, in my book you are considered 'stupid'.
Its all a nice little circle isn't it.
"If God had been a liberal, he would have realized that God doesn't exist because he wouldnt have been stupid."

Who says that?
It's witty, but it's not so much a statement about liberalism as it is a statement about moral relativism.
The God of the Old Testament was obviously a real "fire and brimstone" kind of guy, but Jesus spread a message of peace, love, and acceptance (not acceptance of sin, but acceptance of human beings. Humans are, of course, sinners.)
So, is God contradicting himself?

First there is zero proof of God and there is zero proof of no god. And if truly investigated you'd understand man in the likeliness of god religions are too narcasistic and all scriptures hand copied and mistakes upon mistakes made are impossible to see as the word of God. So truly the ten commandments are the ten suggestions of the day.

I don't know... It kinda reminds me of the old saying about conservatism; "Spare the rod & spoil the child..." Sometimes the power of suggestion has a greater influence over people- than giving commands. It's depends on who's giving the orders- and why. :)

I think that if the ten commandments were enough, Christ would never have come. God showed us grace as a response to our imperfection. We should do as much for each-other.
