peyton manning should go to the bears and grossman to the colts. peyton complaints about his defense all the time. maybe if he gets traded to the bears he will stop crying about his defense not being good. as for grossman since he helped the colts to get their super bowl. people will respect him more than in chicago. it should be the best trade ever. both sides will be happy.

of course. both teams want brady badly but they will never get him because brady will never leave to sh*tty teams.

Ive been doing a lot of weight lifting at my school gym. Focusing mainly on my arms and chest, but more of my arms.
Ive been doing a lot of bicep/tricep workouts with curlbars and dumbells. Usually consisting of 3 sets of 10 with heavy weights and little rest in between sets. Now sometimes I cant even finish my last reps because i get fatigued and thats when i feel that i have worked out well. I will work on my arms for literally 2 hours with about 20 minutes of cardio mixed in. I come home, sleep and the next day I AM NOT EVEN SORE. How the hell can that be when i'm working out to the point where i can barely rep a 20 pound barbell anymore. or a 60 pound curlbar. Since i dont get sore from working out my arms for 2 hours, does that mean im not getting stronger anymore? My goal is to get bigger but i dont feel like ill reach that goal if im not feeling any pain the next day.

You are locked in a jail cell with no windows. and you need to tap out a message on the wall for the man in the other cell next to you. The problem is that you have to do it at exactly 9:15 PM, when the guard outside is switched, so your noise won't be noticed. You can't hear the switching of the guards through your walls, and you have no clock.

There is a faucet with water dripping very consistently from it in the corner, but you don't know if it is dripping at 30 or 40 or however many drops per minute, and that wouldn't give you the time in any case. You can just make out the chiming of a church bell, but it chimes just once at the top of each hour, so you can't tell the time from that. You can feel the wall facing west start to cool after the sun sets, but you don't know what time the sun is setting, and this isn't very precise in any case. Your dinner is always passed into your cell between 6:15 and 6:45. How do you determine when it is exactly 9:15 PM?

Maybe diamond isn't the best word...my mind is drawing a blank...basically a square rotated so the points are at the top and bottom. I'm NOT a sewer, and I have cut fabric and used my glue gun to make seams at the edges--now I'm not sure of how to hang it besides using penny nails to attach the fabric to each corner? I'd prefer a way to hang it so I can open it half way or partially to let sun in...
