I am conducting research on credit restoration/repair companies and scam artists. Anyone who reads my posts knows that I am a proponent of credit restoration. And I support using the three legitimate credit restoration companies in the US. But I would like to hear of any experiences people have had with others. I do not want to hear about Lexington Law. I already have mountains of data on them, and not much of it good. I want to hear about all the others out there. Let me know who you used and what the results were. People who only want to post that credit repair is a scam, please do waste my time with your uneducated claptrap, I want legitimate answers only please.

Why does It happen always when I feel that a girl is attracted or recognize me, or when I'm attracted to her, & I feel that everything is going fine, I feel that strange feeling that I can't control what I'm saying and my body language, and everything then gets ruined and screwed up. Three guys walk into town. They go into a hotel and ask for a room they can share. The clerk has just the thing they want for thirty dollars. The clerk sends them to the room, takes out the ledger, and realizes that he made a mistake. The room costs only twenty-five dollars. Now he has to divide five dollars evenly three ways. Can't be done. So the clerk pockets two dollars, tells the guys that he made a three dollar mistake and gives them each a single. Now, each man paid only nine dollars for his share of the room. Nine times three equals twenty seven, plus the two in the clerk's pocket equals twenty nine. Where's the other dollar?

about their father? He cheated on me several times, he is not abiding by our legal settlement and lately I feel like I need to defend myself. I had to go to court again and as soon as he gets served the papers he calls my 16 year old to tell her that I'm suing him. We've been divorced for 11 years and now that they are teenagers the questions are getting harder to answer without laying it all out on the table. When should they know, if ever? Will it just screw them up to know the truth?

My car was run off the road and damaged when it hit the curb, the vehicles never made contact. The person driving stopped, apologized, we exchanged information, spoke to the police, and she even called her insurance company to infom them of the incident. There was no police report taken, only an information exchange card. Now her insurance company is telling me that they can't find her at fault because there were no witnesses or a police report. I have to pay my deductable, towing fees, and who knows what else. This is not fair. If she wasn't at fault, why would she stop, exchange info, etc?? My question is, would I have a good chance of winning in small claims court?
