Hello, I have not been trained to teach ESL but I'm going to anyways. Can you give me some books for me?

Can you give me some books for me to follow along with tapes and other pointers? I'm going to tutor a woman from Japan.

The textbook the Californa uses is call High Point. I really like it, but it's mainly for school aged children.

A great website is a4esl.org. It has a lot of bilingual quizes and activites for improving English.

Check out Dave's ESL Cafe online. It has links to literally 100s of worksheets, other resources, and textbooks with suggestions and ratings from people who have actually used it. It's GREAT!!!
