Why do I always have this feeling?

Why does It happen always when I feel that a girl is attracted or recognize me, or when I'm attracted to her, & I feel that everything is going fine, I feel that strange feeling that I can't control what I'm saying and my body language, and everything then gets ruined and screwed up. Can someone help?!!

You've got to learn to relax and quit thinking so much about it when it's happening.
