He tells me that he does his best to follow the vision of Mr Sam. Also he told me that no matter how hard he tries to fit in people just do want they want giving the impression that he is nothing and is taken for granted and some of his coworkers feel the same. Does the "Buck stop here" with Samuel Robson Walton or his fall men as every organization has. I wonder how Mr Sam would had handled the way his company NOW buys the majority from Communist China ESXPECIALLY since he was an ARDENT ANTI-COMMUNIST man. Would he approve of how his policies of Respect for the Associate have been supplanted by bottom line only and streamlined guidelines for quicker terminations. People NOW can get fired some some of the most trivial matters and California is such a state where it is LEGAL to do so. Since I live with his family my letter would could considered biased. I am wondering how I can help him legally without getting him fired. I will pray for everyone, so PLEASE join me if you pray!

I have been dating someone for 3 yrs..on and off. We have been through a lot of personal stuff but no cheating she is 34...I'm 42. No she says she wants to date other people. I told her I want to marry her. Should I get over it an move on. Will she ever accept me if I convince her not to date others?

Stay in and fight for her or let her go and get over it? I don't want to have these issues when we are married.

Ok im really shy and all my other friends are really fun and outgoing. On everybodies websites they have like the funniest..somebody and the shyest and they always have me, or one word to describe me is shy. And if they need somebody to do something for them ther always like or they wont do it and they make fun of me and tell me im like sociall retarded , They are really nice friends and I know there just joking around but they all think im such a good girl and i want o be outgoing how can i become outgoing and make them realise how outgoing i am really quick?

I have a maltese and a cocker with food allergies. The cocker has the most problems. Causing inflammed ears and scratching. He gets an allergy shot every 6 weeks. both dogs did great on royal canine mini 30 food for 2 months. Thier coat was beautiful no stains around thier eyes from tearing or pink in thier white coat from biting themselves, and all of a sudden the maltese started biteing herself on the tale, back legs and anal area. there were also times her skin seemed brighter pink or more red than usual. I also had not had the maltese's anal glands cleaned in a while, so i did the same day i changed them from the royal canine mini 30 to natural balance duck and potatoe.I thought she had developed an allergy to corn or something in the royal canine mini 30 they were eaing. didn't think it could be because of her anal glands. what would cause her skin to be brighter pink or red at times? is it normal? was the royal canine mini 30 ok for the cocker with allergies?

I have a 96 mustang 3.6L 160k miles. recently did oil change with synthetic. Im driving home from work stopped at a red light and i notice the car idling pretty rough. Uopn hitting the gas at green, i thick white smoke comes from my exhaust. this repeated itself 4-6 times more at other stops while idling. i pulled to a gas station and let it run for a minute. hit the gas huge smoke stack out of the exhaust. it didnt smell bad im pretty sure its water.

I checked the dipstick im low on oil. Low on coolant (naturally i been blowing it out of my exhaust. AND it is not a gravy colored. I repeat not a gravy colored mixture. What do you think it could be?

we are both 21 and have been dating for five years and were due to get married in may. she just told me she had a one nighter with a guy from high school. i still love her very much and am devastated. we live together and have agreed to spend the next week apart to do some personal reflecting on the relationship. she has said that we aren't prepared to get married now and i have agreed with her on that because she is still in school and i recently graduated but don't have a job yet. i just don't know how i can forgive her for what she has done to me but i truly want to be with her. any real advice would be nice.
