Or do you think it's just superstition.

Ed was at home with the missus when he heard a knock at the front door. He opened it to see his friend Ted there clutching his hands between his legs. "What's wrong?", Ed said. "I've been hit by a bl$$dy cricket ball!" said his friend. Just then Ed's wife came to the door and said "Quick come in here and I'll look after you". When Ed looked in the kitchen he saw his friend sitting on a dining chair, his wife had a bowl of rose water and petals and was bathing his friend's manhood with cotton wool and the water.

"OMG", thought Ed, "How do you feel?" he said. His friend turned and said "Ed, I think what your wife has done has helped a lot!", then holding his finger in the air he said "But I still think I will lose the nail!"

We found out a week ago that our landlord wasn't paying mortgage on a house he leased us, and it's up for foreclosure, some huge company took it over, and are evicting us, giving us $500 to get out in 9 days and clean the house up for them. It's unfair and quite frankly insulting: they're basically kicking us out without a care for whether or not we find a new place, and paying us the $500 so that they don't have to go through the trouble of hiring a cleaner to clean up the house. They're also acting a bit suspicious: we can't find out the new owner's name, contacting him through a realtor he hired, and they are absolutely set on us getting out by a certain date, and we suspect they don't even own the house yet (it's in preforeclosure state now) - could they be trying to evict us before they even own the house? Do we have any rights if we're still in the house when they buy it? Are they trying to get rid of us so it's empty when they do buy it and don't have to work with us?

Like most religions my religion, Jainism, promotes equality in treatment for everyone no matter what their religion, race, caste etc. But the problem is not the religion, it is the culture and the people it in. The culture appears peaceful on the outside, but it’s rotten on the inside.

The other day my auntie and I were walking in the park, and ahead of us was a black man doing nothing suspicious except feeding the pigeons. He wasn't coming towards us. But I was told to walk the other way. She thought she would be mugged or murdered. She seems to be tolerant with White people, but not so tolerant with Muslims or Blacks. I asked her why and she seems them as wicked criminals. And I think its all those papers she reads playing on her mind.

My auntie definitely doesn’t know what’s she’s doing, and I don’t think its something you do consciously. So how do I know if I am being racist? I think I am generally tolerate, but yes there are somethings in other cultures I don’t approve of

Do you feel that certain attempts to link your religion with aspects of science cheapen your beliefs in a way. I am referring to people like Kent Hovind who are trying to rewrite science to fit religious beliefs.
IE dinosaurs and humans coexisting, Grand Canyon formed by Noah's flood, etc.

Do you feel that these attempts to give spiritual things a tangible aspect take away from your respective beliefs rather than add to them?

I think all of them are gorgeous, but Aishwarya Rai is an international stunner, Madhuri more of a traditional Indian beauty, and Juhi a sweet, bubbly, cute marvel.

I just bought a used 2005 scion tc from Bill Penney Used Cars; they were supposed to fix the wheel bearing before I received it. Well according to the howling noise coming from my front right tire and the tire pressure alert coming on even after I fill up my tires, obviously this wasn't done. would it be safe to wait a week or so to get it fixed? Or could I do it myself for cheap?

I have been on about 6 or 7 dates with him (we are both in our late 20's) and for the first few dates he paid and I let him. The last 2 times we went out I offered to split the bill with him and he accepted. At first he was hesitant but then he took the money. Now I feel obligated to offer everytime. We went to dinner last night and he took my half of the money with no problem. My friends say its a little rude. I am not traditional and don't really have a problem w/ it but I do wonder if this means something negative. What do you think guys?? (and girls?)
