I played this freelotto just for fun through internet and aftter a couple of days they sent me a mail informing that I have won a huge amount of money.At first I just thought this might be some spam mail or somebody playing with me but day after day they sent me notice,I should reply to this mail to get my pin code,I think its is true that I have won a huge amount of money but I need your your help guys!So help me out.

A god that punishes his own creation for conforming to a group and its moral code? Why do deities in religion have human characteristics and personalities, why do they have defective human emotions like greed, anger jealousy etc.? I had very long hair with profound split ends and went into a salon to get them trimmed off. They trimmed off a little over an inch and all went well until they used one of those brush combs and did something to the ends. But, now my hair is completely frayed! I have short little hairs all around the top of my head from where the ends have split up to! All of my hair is split and frayed. I'm scared! What do I do to fix this? If I leave it alone will it grow back to normal? I can't cut any more, since no matter how short I cut I'll still have the split ends and frays =(

I've tried all sorts of things over the years. But my mind just will not click off at night, and I just keep thinking about stuff, good stuff, bad stuff, what I'll eat for breakfast, tommorow's commute, my last sexual encounter, that new movie I want to see etc.

I tried exercise, which made me physically tired but didn't help me sleep.

I tried turning off the TV and lights completely, but that just made my mind race more.

I've tried reading before bed, but I either get so into the book that I stay up to read it or I put it down and think about it to keep me up.

I've tried sex, but it just leaves me wanting more sex.

I've tried herbals teas, but they do nothing for me.

Over the last couple months, sleep has been hard to come by. I've resorted to sleeping pills, but they're habit forming and they leave me feeling so sluggish in the morning that I need coffee to function. Anybody got some fresh ideas on how to sleep better?

Has anyone been in a similar situation? I could really do with some advice and support. I am with a long-term partner but I caught it through kissing a friend of mine (a female friend, in a friendly way) who had a cold sore, and so gave that to my boyfriend etc etc.
