everyone gets down and depressed... i used too... every once in a while.

now im constantly breaking down
i know its just ALOT of stress...
family problems, boyfriend problems, school problems
its all caving in on me

but when i have breakdowns i cant function, i get REALLY bad migraines, and i feel empty and hopeless inside
i find myself driving and wanting to crash my car into a concrete wall
it scares me sometimes

i know its probably a phase... and im not sure if i have any big psychological problems... but lately i havnt been able to control my emotions... what should i do?

i want to goto a psychologist, but my mom will get mad at me and tell me its just a phase and to get over it because she has enough problems to deal with (my dad has ALS, a terminal illness)

im 19, so technically i culd go on my own, but i dont have alot of money and if i use insurance my mom would find out...

what should i do?
how much does it cost to visit one usually?

I am an English literature teacher teaching at a bi-lingual school in Honduras and am currently teaching the book Man in the Iron Mask to my 11th grade class. I finished the book, and have written reading and study guides on my own. I use the internet with my students and encourage them to find interesting facts about any book we study. Over the past few weeks I can find very little about this book. I enjoyed it, but I would like a little backup information that will help to get the students interested in reading the book. Sparknotes and Cliffsnotes have nothing so far on the book. I would appreciate any additional information you can give me. Thanks

How can I know he just tries to make me feel comfortable with him? We don't have much to say, but he looks at me different. I am so scare to go to the meeting while he is there, I just sat there. Is it just me, or do god's plans seem kind of sick and pointless at times? Like the other day I was reading about this 3 year old girl who drowned in her neighbor's pool and her mother was saying, "I miss my child but it was just god's plan". Why would god PLAN to have a little girl fall in a pool so that she coud suffer in extreme fear (takes 10 minutes to drown!) until water filled her lungs and killed her, then have this poor mother find her dead baby? WHY would anyone call that god's plan??? If they have to beleive a higher power is responsible, couldn't they at least call it satan's plan or something?

short version: I have a son whos 8. that pregnancy was complicated. I've had 2 bad uti 1 in Nov. and 1 Jan. both months had missed period. was on the pill for 7 1/2 yrs. period not so normal since but close. have been "trying" for 5mo. only the past few weeks have had dizziness,spotting,(am ovulating) back ache (only in the morning, once I get moving its fine) extra tired. I do have a high stress level, per blood test, all sugar liver kidney etc. is fine! Neg preg. test last week. who knows sometjing!? thanks for inquires.
