Keep talking, watch him. If he keeps calling you and talking - then there might be interest. Stay friends, drop some big hints[ later on - not right away] and see if he picks up them. Never act like one of "the guys" but make sure he can tell that he can always talk to you.
My husband and I met when he was in the military, we were best friends before we ended up in a relationship. It was a lot of talking since he was gone a lot and only could visit every blue moon . It takes some work - some flirting work but there is a possibility if he like you!! Trust me ;) Just go slow......

yeahh so...
ive had the same problem recently, and I just told him how I felt..
and he feels the same way..
but if he didnt, and just laughed and thought "wow what an ***"
then try to move on. Dont wait for any guy. Its not worth it.

well it sort of depends does he like you and if he does just step it up a knoch and then just be more flirty then ask him if he wants go on a date and then lean in to kiss him and then he will kno u really like him and its no ta joke

I don't know that I would want to pursue him...his reaction is proof of his immaturity. But, it you are in a generous mood, be serious and then see what he does...if he laughs again...laugh back...walking AWAY
