I am on Atkins for 2 months and lost 22 lbs. Its pretty good but it really get frustrated when it stop declining. My Story goes like this.
When i started i was 205 lbs and it went down to 191 lbs in 2 weeks. I was really happy and looking forward to lose more lbs in nest couple of weeks. But it almost stopped and in next 2 weeks it only fell to 187lbs. :-(
Then i took a break of one week and started eating everything which i missed in last 1 month and gained around 4.5lbs. Reason for doing this what to change my Body Chemicals and then to start Atkins. Which i did and my weight went down to 184 lbs. In the next week i lost further 4 pounds.
Now it is again stopped for the last 4 days and my frustration is at its peak.
Tell me what should i do? Should i take a break for couple of days or a week and then starts Atkins Diet, or Should i wait?
Profession Advice and Personal Experiences will be more appreciated.
