well, it does help out in getting rid of the sugers, that is because kidney's are eliminating water which has just dissolved the suger so you're actually helping insulin in reducing Blood Glucose Level by getting rid of the glucose and preventing it from accumulating in your liver as a glycogen.
you're absolutely right,keep it on...

RE:
Drinking allot of water after eating sweets...?
Does drinking allot of water after eating sweets, like chocolates reduce the risk of Diabetes...? I mean... This is how I see it... If I drink allot of water after eating sweets, then the sugar would probably be dissolved or something? So it would just be like eating something else that had less...

She is confused and she is missing her folks. There is nothing that a vet can do. Try putting a small amount of goats yogurt into her water, this will tempt her to drink. Take the dogs for extra walks and play with them, this will distract them and stop them from missing their folks. You could also try the following, it is pasted from my archives consequently some of the references are inappropriate. If your dog has been refusing her food, I suspect that you have been tempting her to eat and giving her treats when she refuses her food. NEVER EVER TEMPT A DOG TO EAT. If a dog is ill, this can upset her stomach and if she is not ill you will turn her into a picky eater. Try this. Prepare her food, if it’s dried food soak this in warm water to make it more appealing, then leave it out of her reach whilst you eat a biscuit. Make yum yum noises and walk away. Go back and stand near her food bowl and eat another biscuit and do the yum yum noises again. Tell her to sit and then put her food down and give her permission to eat. Count to TEN yes TEN and if she does not make any attempt to eat it, pick it up. You must then wait until her next feed is due without giving her any treats or any other food. Then go through the above procedure again I will be surprised if you need to pick it up a third time. While she is eating this walk away, don’t praise her for eating her dinner and do not make any fuss. The next time that she is due for a feed, prepare it, eat a biscuit and afterwards put her food down and walk away.

there is nothing that can prevent diabetes more than just not eating bad food. your theory is false, because it isnt like raw sugar, it is mixed in with the chocolate so it wont diffuse into the water, and even if it did, it would still be processed though your body and your body would be given the same amount of sugar either way. However, a lot of water can help keep your metabolism at a good pace.

drink a lot of water will not help. The only way you can prevent diabetes is to eat less sweet, exercise more and avoid stress. Drinking water only flush out toxic from your system

Maybe. I would suggest that you sidestep the temptation e.g. eat fruit, or the haelthiest biscuits you can get, maybe figrolls.
Long term sweets for adults should be a no-no. (Anyone actually.)

no it will not help at all. I used to do it thinking it will dissolve but no it didn't. My advice is to eat fruit and low sugar items but do not over eat those low sugar items.

No it doesn't help it at all. You'll just have to pee even more, especially if you do have diabetes.
