When I grew up, our town was very friendly, and all sorts of people lived there. We had Irish Catholics, Italians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims and Buddhists. There were Asians, Latinos, White and Blacks, Republicans and Democrats. There was no racial violence, no hate crimes, no one forced anyone to say "Merry Christmas" instead of "Happy Holidays." Now I live in the deep South, and I'm afraid to tell people I'm Jewish, let alone a Democrat. People here seem mean and mean spirited towards anyone they view as an "outsider." If you don't go to the same school, the same church, etc., you're looked down upon. Is this happening across the country? What happened to our "melting pot" mentality? Why have people become so mean and isolationist? I don't care about what a person's religion is, what his/her ethnicity, skin color, sexual orientation or politics. I care if he or she is a nice, decent person or not. That's the way I was raised, but I don't see today's kids being raised that way.

Especially around the cups. I've tried Walmart, Warners, Penney's, haven't tried Victoria's because, well, with 2 kids and 3 dogs and a mortgage, I don't have the 40 bucks for a bra! Anyone else have a similar problem? Thanks!

I am missing one tooth (save for some fragments in the gum) on my upper left hand side and missing the entire top half of my tooth on the bottom right side. Both are molers. Also, my front 6~ish teeth are chipping away starting at the gums. At the moment, I believe my bottom right moler is abcess. I also have no enamel. I was wondering if anyone knew what sort of work would have to be done to fix my teeth and how much it would cost. I have no insurance or anything of that sort. Also wondering if anyone knows of any services unemployed people can get to assist with the cost of dental work. Thanks to all who read this and help.

Can you accept the fact that evolution is a retrograde process?

It is apparent that modern intelligence is no match for some of your own ancestors and that evolution is retrograde. Could we contend that the only thing advancing is the human ego?

Your evolution teaches that discrimination (natural selection) is the central means of life and change. At the same time many, if not all of you, preach that discrimination (which is the perfect synonym for natural selection) is morally wrong and a violation of human rights. Should people who hold such a mismatched, and socially damaging, thought pattern be considered intelligent?

We met. We fell in love. We had a long distance relationship. We moved in together. All in two and half years time. One day I notice that things between us are getting cold. The little things set it off like she started not asking me how my day went and stopped giving me any affection. I ask her about it and one day she decides that her feelings for me are not as strong as they once were and that she thinks she wants to move out. I've treated her like gold and gave it my best. We still live together now, but she is having a hard time finding a place to live. So until then we are still really close friends and friendly as can be to each other without the regular intimacy we once had. My heart hurts so badly right now.

A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met a man she didn't know. She thought this guy was amazing, so much her dream guy, that she believed him to be just that! She fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and couldn't find him. A few days later she
killed her sister.

Question: What is her motive in killing her sister?

\\A leading Islamic doctor is urging British Muslims not to vaccinate their children against diseases such as measles, mumps, and rubella because they contain substances making them unlawful for Muslims to take.

Dr Abdul Majid Katme, head of the Islamic Medical Association, says almost all vaccines contain un-Islamic “haram” derivatives of animal or human tissue, and that Muslim parents are better off letting childrens’ immune systems develop on their own.

Dr Katme, an NHS psychiatrist, said: “If you breastfeed your child for two years—as the Koran says—and you eat Koranic food like olives and black seed, and you do ablution each time you pray, then you will have a strong defence system.”//

To a degree I would agree with him, except in the case(s) of debilitating diseases which can kill or seriously harm children.
Building a strong immune system of your own is an essential thing for anyone irrespective of religious belief.

People on here have said that they pay 30-50$ a week for a maid.
I wanted to know where they got the maid, and what she does?
Does she do dishes and laundry? Kitty litter?
Is it through a service like merry maids, or other?
