You might get all the bras together and see what the label says they are made out of....you could be allergic to something in there.
Another thought is that it might be your laundry detergent....do you wash them separately in something other than what you do your normal clothes? Or perhaps because a bra is so snug against your skin the detergent is causing irritation when it might not affect you with loose fitting clothing.
This is what I would do:
Check the labels of the bras I have for a common bond - fabric or whatever.
Try washing them separately in something like Dreft with no fragrances or stuff
Go ahead, bite the bullet and try a better bra like from Victoria Secrets....those are the only bras I will wear and they have actually come down in price on some of them. Plus, they last longer than the cheaper ones I find so in the long run, it's the same $$$.

Well could be several things:
* detergeant you use to wash them
* size is wrong and you need to be fitted more properly
* take the $40 and spend it on a good Victoria Secret bra (In the long run you're spending more than $40 by buying different improper bras) I know $40 seems like a lot but watch for their sales events and have one of the girls fit you properly. Taken care of gently, that $40 bra will last a very long time.

Bras are onething that I find are worth the investment, but I also don't want to pay the $40 for one. I usually hit the sale racks at Gap Body. If you don't mind wearing colored bras, you can get them for around $12 to 25, i've even gotten some for $5. Or try stores like Ross or Marshalls too. Look for ones made with a smoother fabric like nylon. It won't be itchy and it will also help your clothes lay better. Good luck!

Yes, I have bought bras that ended up being itchy. They are usually cheap fabrics, that won't hold up to frequent washings. After a few times of being cleaned, the material starts to break down. And I'm in the same boat, except for the 3 dogs- I have 2 cats.
So I wait for the semi-annual sales at Victoria's, and buy my bras 1/2 off. If you don't want to wait (or can't) for their sales, then try any of these sites. They all have the option to narrow by price, so you can stay in your range.

When you shop for bras, you should be feeling the fabric, espicially at the cups. If it's a thin fabric, then it will wear out quickly, and you're back to an itchy bra. Look for lined bras (doesn't have to be padded in any way) that offer a softer material next to the skin, while the outer material is where the support is. Try to avoid Wal-Mart, and other cheap stores, that don't carry the quality items. Your bras are the last place you want to skimp on quality, just to save a few bucks.
Warner's is not one of the better brands you can buy. For comparable priced brands, with better quality, try Maidenform, Lilyette, Bali, or Vanity Fair.

It's most likely the fabric the bra is made of - try cotton bras - they tend to not irritate like acetate and nylon ones do. Also, keep yourself moisturized to keep from irritating dry skin further (if you think it may be dry skin). Also make sure you wash your bras in cold water, rinse well and hang dry (the dryer breaks down the elastic and this can give you the itches and/or a rash).

try washing in a gentle detergent meant for delicates (ie. woolite). then hang to dry. also, you should wash your bras more often, probably after 2 or 3 wears. if this doesn't help you should consider investing in a couple good bras. it may be expensive, but your boobs will thank you.

First, make sure your measured up with the right sizes.
Second, look for bras that have not too much frilly details and heavy stitching.
Third, moisturise your skin. This can help create a protective layer against damaging your skin and the itching.
so if you have any percular rashes take yourself to the doctors, asap.
