im a single mom just resently divorced with 2 kids under 18. i get child support however my crack addict husband wont leave my house and the house is under both our names so im verbally abused out of their and i currently live with my boyfriend. so the kids are still liveing there because i cant afford to live on my own right now until im done with my nursing school.so saying that much my ex husband wants not to pay child support because he claims that the kids are with him at all times but how can i go back to see them in that crack infested house of ours. so im going to court again and he does not want to pay child support.

I play the electric guitar and have been playing for 4 years now. I've signed up to audition to be in a band, but I need to play a practice piece for them to judge me and rate me amongst the others who have auditioned. she calls for every little problem about thier son sam,can talk to my husband for 20 mins on the phone about what she fed sam,now sam is 7yrs old and is old enough to tell his dad things. but his ex still feels she needs to be the one to "share things with my husband" like what she and sam did on vacation together(now thats a 1hr long phone call between her and my husband)my husband told me he hates to talk to her but just listens to her to keep piece with her but this drives me nuts as she is as nasty as she can be to me.

Does anyone out there know anything about the brakes on a 2003 Buick Century? The brakes just started making a noise yesterday (I was told by the dealership this would happen when it was time for brakes). I would like to wait another week until I get them fixed. Do I run the risk of ruining the rotors if I wait a week, or do I have a little time yet?

Today, I went to the dr. and she checked my cervix for the first time (those exams are so uncomfortable!!) and I am 3 cms and 70% effaced. She told me that she still doesn't think I will have the baby for another week or so, but she could be wrong. She said with first time moms it is normal for them to be later than the due date, but at the same time she said I was the only patient that she saw today, that was more than 1 cm dilated with their first baby.

What do you think? Do you think I'll have it some time soon?

I know it depends on the baby and the person, but isn't 3 cms a lot for a first exam? I just hit 39 weeks today. I really want to have the baby before the end of January, and I think I will have her this week or beginning of next, but I haven't been getting any contractions. The only thing I get that I can feel, a little pains in my canal that feel like slight pressure, and every now and then a pinch of pain. And it lasts for about 10-20 secs and goes away.

While dating my last girlfriend we were going thru a difficult time that we eventually fixed and moved forward with, but during this time she told me she was interested in another guy that she played volleyball with every Thursday at the local rec department. She found out that he was married and nothing ever became of it. We worked out our problems and moved forward.. But now we are broken up after 2 1/2 years. She continued to play volleyball with this guy (and a group of others). Should she have stopped playing with this group when she persued another while dating me, after we worked out our other problems? She said she had no interest in him after we worked out our issues, but I find it selfish that she would continue to have me have to deal with her seeing him every week. Am I just being silly or should she have thought of my feelings and found another group to play volleyball with??? Sorry for the rambling question..

It seems it's always towards the end of a movie, and yet on inspection the discs are spotless (often brand new), but on more and more occasions, I'm finding my discs freeze up and become blocky/ pixellated. I did wonder if it was getting too hot in my stereo unit, ie by the time a movie is almost up the heat has gotten too much... but whilst it is warm in there, everything's been in there for around four years, and it's only recently that I've had this problem.

I did try a lens cleaner (the type where it's a fine brush on a disc and you hit play for 20 seconds or whatever), but it didn't seem to do much.

Any ideas?
