Any family attorneys please help. My co-worker just lost custody of her 3 boys. The judge in my opinion did it because he is a guy. But the mother has always been there for all the practices and school parents night and anything else regarding the kids. But I guess since he makes more money and live in another state the judge felt it's best for kids to pick up and leave their mother. The problem is she trying to appeal the decision but her attorney told her it will take $1000 to get a transcript of the hearing to file the appeal. Is there anything she can do to waive this fee? Thanks for any suggestions.

I dropped my baby on her head, I felt so awful. She screamed alot at first but quieted down pretty quick (thank god, that yelling was driving me nuts!), I put her to bed and she fell asleep right away. Should I be worried that the cut is still oozing blood a bit? Also her breathing is hard to recognize.

I read somewhere that Native Americans, when they were fighting the Europeans, they were able to make it look as though the horses had no riders.

What they did was they slid down the side of the horse but kept their legs tightly wrapped around the horse's body. So basically, their whole body was paralel with the ground and it looked as though the horse was riding on its own.

Can anyone tell me whether this is true or not, and if so, did this technique have a name? Is it still done today? And (finally!) can I find a picture of it anywhere on the internet?

Got up this morning to find some **** had put a wheelie bin through the side of the car breaking both windows and no wing mirror.Why do these simple idiots feel the need to do this.....Its so frustrating and all it has done is upset the kids and inconvenienced us a wee bit.Hope they got a thrill from it but i wont be so forgiving if it happens again.....And what will the police do about this nothing probably, proving who,why,when will be hard but then if you live in a small town in scotland it wont take long before someone starts to brag.......

I just started seeing this guy, who i like, but he seems really feminine. I know that he's really into me, but i'm so confused - thinking that maybe he just hasn't accepted who he is or come out of the closet yet?
