If Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was in Iraq in 2002, and we invaded in 2003. And here is direct proof that he was planning to attack the U.S

Then why do some people want us to leave Iraq when we just uncovered proof that Syrian born militants are planning to attack America through Iraq student visas? Also why is this not today's or yesterday's top story on all major news outlets? Is it because it might improve Bush's image?

Hello twalsh337...,

Many times you will find that people "believe" things even in the face of contradictory evidence. Our minds are strange and wonderous things. This is not surprising considering that many people believe in God.

Lack of facts combined with a misunderstanding of the evidence helps our minds to create all the missing ingredients to come to conclusions that may not be realistic.

Plus there are the close minded, -people who have already made their minds up about something and refuse to consider new information..... ...it's easier that way, it's all some people know how to do.

As for some people wanting us to leave Iraq, well.. no one in their right mind wants a WAR. Just look at the mess, the bloodshed, the violence, the innocence lost on a whole generation, on, and on, and on..... Perhaps they just haven't taken a closer look at the whole picture?

I have no clue about the news outlets. I wish we could depend on honest reporting, but as I told my son the day the war started: Until this is over we will not hear the turth, so, don't hold your breath waiting, for the truth may be a long time coming, even after the war is over.

Bashing Bush is a national pastime, didn't you know?

we mandatory a foothold interior the midsection East and Iraq is the acceptable place. there grow to be already terrorist activity occurring there that mandatory to be dealt with. consistent with danger we could desire to consistently have dealt with terrorism and militant Islam with sanctions, peace treaties, and the United international locations. it extremely is been a great disaster for the final 50 years. the only element the militants understand is conflict and in case you think of that Iraq is merely approximately liberating Iraq, you're incorrect. there is approximately to be an excellent larger midsection East conflict brought about by skill of Iran and the closer we are to Iran the better that's going to be to end them. those human beings do no longer purely hate Bush and democracy, they hate you apart from mght. they do no longer understand you, yet they hate each and everything you're and each little thing you stand for. they could merely as quickly shoot you the place you stand than watch you no longer worship Allah.

Some people believe that the US being in Iraq is just angering more Middle Easterners, inspiring their young to join Al Qaida and furthering their hatred of the United States and the western world. We may be putting a halt to some planned attacks, but we may be inspiring more at the same time.

The war in Iraq gave militants more reasons to attack the US, even though Zarqawi was there before the invasion.

Mostly because the war has created an atmosphere of distrust and hate towards america all over the world. They see the us as a renegade nation, especially after we found no weapons of mass destruction, which was the whole reason bush and his people gave for invading.

What would improve Bush's image is that he come before the people and tell the truth. This whole thing started long before Sept. 11, 2001.

because the war in iraq is a fool's errand, child...it is over oil and profit for a few fat pigs, and nothing more...it was wrong to begin with and it is even more wrong now.
after 9-11 america should have just bombed the hell out of afganistan, and that portion of pakistan that borders it. end of osama..end of problem, but those lying sacks of dog doo cant do anything so simple and effective as that, o gawd no, the world might become a safer place to be if they did that, and we can't have any real safety, they gotta holler "boogyman" at every opportunity and brainless twits gotta go for it...

dude, bush had a dream that told him to attack afghanistan and iraq? seriously, you cant support someone like that lol.

and ofcourse its protecting your country, why not invade the whole world, that way theres no way any1 can attack you, by your logic you are justifying pre emtive killing, which is normally called murder, which is in any circumstance wrong.

so while its protecting your country, its still a stupid, wrong, pointless war and i feel sorry for every1 that is directly dragged into it. hell invade china and norway next i hear their launching special long range missiles out of cows asses.

Because it simply does not!!! Please remember that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 and Al Quaida came to Iraq because of the war.
