yes it does, and all those things you hear about eating chocolate and fried chicken. those are myths, not true. but yeah, you have to also take good care of your skin, water alone will not help. also never use a wash cloth on your face. this will irritate the skin.

If you are spotty (and a teenager or just around 20) then it's probably hormon-related. Drinking copious amounts of water will not get rid of it. Stress is also a factor (but then again, that's because of the hormones). If something is not right inside our body, it often shows on the skin, e.g. red face when somebody has got high blood pressure problem. A balanced lifestyle would probably be your best bet, but I do think that your spots will clear up eventually. You can also use some products to help you keep it clean and neat.

yes and i am living proof, the acne literally cleared in like weeks. people noticed that my skin was smooth looking so here is some tips:
start eating real foods! stay away from chips, soda, candy start eating real balanced meals like fish, chicken rice, noodles you know real food.
and eat fruits. one night i had a few red spots, so i ate some strawberries (actually i was hungry) and the next day the spots were gone. but the point is fruits can help
wash your face especially at night where your body repairs itself. I recommend a good astringent that wipes away excess oils that creep on your skin even after you wash your face. try a daily scrub as well. that takes away dead skin cells that keeps pimples forming and growing.
drink water and fruit juice, sodas and all that empty stuff is no good.
if these dont work then see a doctor

If you are going to try it, it may take up to 8 weeks. Doctors are now saying that what you eat doesn't show up on you skin, so whay should water help? But I bleive from my own experiences that what you eat does affect your skin. I'm not sure about the water but I'm also trying it now for about 5 weeks, I've noticed some differences.

yes is the simple answer but be warned and prepared- it will get worse before it gets better! being well hydrated will flush out the toxins in your body and your face is unfortunatly the place where this happens as the skins is exposed there for longer allowing a breading ground for any nasties that want to get out- i would say expect breakouts for a few weeks then enjoy clean fresh smooth skin after that x

I have heard that drinking water defientley helps your skin look and stay healtier. but i can say that it's not the only thing you can do to make it work. Theres so many products out there and i know if your like me youve tried pretty much everything. i dont know if being blemish free is possible for people with skin like ours but i just bought this product on friday night called acne free and my skins is just glowing. it looks so healthy. and i havent had any new pimples its like ridding me of all of them and its already getting rid of my blackheads. for 15.00 i say give it a try just like me i dont think youll be disappointed.

Yes it does. I have great skin from drinking plenty of water. I do "treat" myself to an occassional soda every now and again for a change. You can check out my skin on my 360 pg. Good luck! =)

Yes, it flushes out the cells and plumps them up to smooth out wrinkles. Also, eat foods rich in vitamin E and C. Plenty of fruits, vegetables and lean meats.
When washing your skin, try not to "over-wash" it and remove the natural oils. Always moisturise with a preparation designed for acne prone skin.

Yes it does to get rid of toxins, but don't over do the water drinking as it also can deplete your system of valuable nutrients, much needed to maintain your body.Keeping your skin clean with a mild soap with vitamin e also helps. Also your Pharmacist would be happy to assist you with choosing the right products of creams to appy to your skin. Good luck.

Drinking water does help clear skin, as it flushes out the toxins the more you drink the more toxins are flushed out.
Take Zinc and Vitamin B tablets too, they don't cost much and they are great for the skin.
