Legal question about security deposit?

I live in West Virginia and moved out of my apartment 2 months early but I supplied my landlord with my last 2 months rent, so I did not break my lease agreement. She visited my apartment and said everything looked clean, except the carpet in one of the bedrooms needed to be replaced due to my cat getting sick while I was gone one day. She said the rest of my security deposit would be returned to me within 90 days. After 90 days passed, I contacted her on several occassions and she would not return my calls and actually told me at one point that my security deposit was in the mail. I sent her a letter via certified mail 120 days after I vacated the unit, she still would not give me any information about my deposit. It's been one year, and I finally filed a claim against the properties. I did not take pictures of the apt. when I moved out, and I afraid this is going to hurt me. What are the chances of me getting back my deposit?

What would the top 10 suppliments be in bodybuilding?

So far I sometimes take protein shakes, glutamine, creatine. Used to take some multivitamins but have stopped. What are the best vitamins to take and in what doses?
Please don't suggest any steroids or hormone modifiers or anything like that as I'm not interested.

I have a wireless digital picture frame, how can I tell if it's being recognized by my linksys router?

I don't see the picture frame in the DHCP client table in the router settings so I'm assuming it's not being recognized. I disabled the encryption with no result. The frame uses a D-Link 802.11b adapter, and I have my router set to mixed (b&g), so it should work, but its not. I have another computer on the network and a laptop at times and my son's X-Box, all with no issues connecting.

Can you still look at a home with sale pending status?

I am a fist time home buyer and I have been looking at a home that i have fell in love with, although i have only seen the exterior of the home. It has been in sale pending status for four months now. Can i still request to look at the home eventhough it has sale pending status? What is going on with this house? Please help i need answers. how do i get the bad tast out of the ice in my ice maker?

My fridge is about 6 months old and the ice has a bad smell and taste. It wasn't there before and it isn't the water. Ice from trays is good.

how do you perform water treatment / maintenance for arowana fish?

specifically in replacing new water.

all i know is to pour some anti chlorine and methylene blue after changing a new fresh water.

is it ok to pour those chemicals while the fish is still there? some said you have to pull out the fish first before using those chemicals and put them back afterwards inside the aquarium after using those chemicals. for more or less 5-10 mins.how true is that?

my equipments are irrator and overhead circulating water filter w/ submersible pump.

please advice how do take care of this fresh water pets.
