Use a proxy website. the ones that work the best have https:// at the beginning. You can also try Mozilla Firefox. Most school computers have that already. BUt, beware if you use this proxy a lot the school will block the proxy.

go through a anonymous site, where through that site you can "reach through the window". It is a bit slower, but effective. It is used to get to sites restricted by dictatorial countries(most famously China).
