NO. To my way of thinking cyber bullying is not possible. I've got control of what appears on my screen. If I feel someone is doing something inappropriate on my computer (email...spam...IMs ...etc) I block them and never see it again......

Can you give an example of what you mean? I've not seen bullying happen online, but plenty of harassment.

yes. this guy was really annoying me and I told him that i didn't want to talk to a loser like him anymore. he then told me his uncle is the president of the local hells angels and that i should watch my back. for all i know he could have been telling the truth. but i had no intention of talking to him again anyways so i just blocked him.
