i am 155 cm and 43 kg
i don't know if i should drink skim milk or low fat or fresh milk?
now i drink low fat.
does skim milk have less calcium than low fat milk? or lower in nutrition?
the low fat milk available is higher in calcium iron and vitamins as it says
but the skim milk is only higher in calcium
i don't know which to choose
i don't wanna get fat

i wanted to cleanse my colon and so i drank a preparation of 4 liters. The formula was bought and I followed directions carefully. All I experienced was very liquidy diarrhea. I was expecting clumped up old fecal matter and etc, what went wrong? I have no pain or discomfort etc. etc....

i've been hitting the suggestion quite a number of times now. not that i dont love him anymore but just that i cant see any possibilities of us improving for the better. he has no time for me. he lies (though on small things only). we dont get to see each other that much now. he sometimes takes me for granted. he seems to be enjoying his life too much even without my presence. i feel that he does not need a girlfriend in his life. but he got so mad the last time i said maybe we should try to cool things off. he reversed the situation and now he's the one who refuses to talk to me and even to see me. i thought he's losing interest but he said he just felt hurt, offended, rejected and perhaps cheated.
