This sounds more serious than just dehydration, it sounds more like a drug reaction.
Dehydration can be determined n\]by pinching skin together say on back of hand . If it is slow to recover then dehydration is present and replacement of fluids is required.
Your symptoms sound more like a reaction to Exctasy drug. See a doctor for a test.

It doesn't sound like dehydration to me, but symptoms of an infection somewhere in your body or just a virus. you could phone NHS Direct for some advice (0845 4647), they should be able to give you a better idea as to what to do next. like others have said drink plenty and carry on taking the paracetamols for the temp.
Good luck and hope you feel better soon

Sounds like you had some drugs. If you took them then that is your answer but if not maybe your drink was spiked. Maybe you should see the doc. Drink lots of water in the meantime.
