I’ve recently started exercising, (I joined “Curves” for women) and I’m finally beginning to see some results. The problem I’m having is this: I’m building all this muscle, but it’s making me look bigger! I initially joined to drop a few pounds and tone up what I have, but instead of my legs slimming down and looking smaller, the muscles are getting huge! I don’t want that! I mean, I want fit legs, but the muscle is making my legs look bulky…

I want to slim down, but not bulk up! What can I do? Or better yet, what am I doing wrong??

after a discharge you are required to report it and even pay stuff back. My question is if you could safely but money into cd's with kids name on it so that you wouldn't have to claim it? I don't want to be dishonest but any savings I may accumulate over these next months I want to safe guard from this mess happening again...Anybody know anything about this? Thank you

so i was just being a normal 14 year old girl on myspace when i suddenly get this message from a guy. he gave me his cell # and asked for my screen name. i gave him my screen name because i didn't see the harm. we talked a little, like "whats up" "nm" and yesterday he started prying into my personal life a little bit. and then tonight he flat out asked me to cyber with him. I was like "uh, no." and i blocked him.

and here's the scary part
he called my cell phone
i swear i didn't give him my number, i swear to god i didn't give it to him or put it out in the open where he could find it. I didn't answer it because I didn;t recognize the number and then i looked back on my messages and there it was.
want to know an even SCARIER part? he just told me after he asked me to cyber that he's 18. then he got on a diff sn and asked me to phone sex
after i blocked him, he callled
i'm so scared
idk what to do
what if he gets my address

My Dad was raised way out in the country. My grandmother said it wasn't a convenient thing, being so far out and poor, to go to church. As a result, my Dad doesn't know or understand about God. He's almost like a child. When my twins were dedicated, he came to watch them and attended several times afterwards. He was far from saved, but interested. Soon after, his father got sick with cancer and died a slow, horrible death. Also, the church, at the same time, had really done someone awful. (None are perfect.) He quit going and said, "If this is how God/church are, I don't need it." He's hurt and confused. I want to help w/out pushing him further away/nagging him. I read a story about a barber who told a customer God wasn't real cause of the sickness/death here. Right outside, was a stringy headed man. The customer said, "Barbers aren't real or he wouldn't look like that." Barber answered, "Yes I am. He just didn't come to me." That's a start, but not enough.Can U help?

Who believe's that the 3 boys from Duke actually abused the lady?

The day before yesterday, I fell out on the street and luckily a nurse drove by and took me home. She took my pulse which was 95 and I did take my own blood pressure and the systolic number was a bit high (142/85) and yesterday I passed out at home after walking dogs. I eat a low-sodium, low-fat diet normally although I have had one too many ramen soup lately, and I thought that maybe I wasn't eating ENOUGH. My family does have a history of hypertension and diabetes and I have been under a lot of financial, mental and emotional stress. I've been trying to lose weight, but I 've been eating sensibly and power walk and resistance train. Relatives have been on me for not finding a job, and I am trying to do my best and I wonder if ending it all would be the right way to go. If anyone can help me, I would surely appreciate this
