Who believe's that the 3 boys from Duke actually abused the lady?
Who believe's, as I do, that this lady is just looking for publicity and her lawyer's are playing this like it's a race issue? I think these boys lives are being ruined by this event.

Shelly...

This lady is a stripper. The woman is the one who wants to be objectified. Otherwise, she would not have sex for money.

The prosecutor dragged his feet purposefully and played the race card to get reelected. He will probably be dropping most of the charges now.
There was no DNA from any of the accused on the woman, but there was DNA from other men. One of the accused was at an ATM at the time of the alleged assault (there was an ATM picture confirming it). Witness accounts contradict the woman.

The Constitution guarantees the right to a speedy trial for just this reason. If justice were to be served, the prosecutor should be brought up on charges for dereliction of duty by not dropping the charges.

The stripper " CAN"T RECALL" what really happened that night. This came out in Dec. 06 when NIFONG'S cronies interviewed her for the first time! Something happened at that party alright, but it wasn't rape related. These 2 strippers got pissed of for some reason, and figured that they could somehow cash in. I mean they assumed they were with a bunch of rich, whiteboys, why not stick it to them when they refused to give the skanks any money. If dancer #1 looks anything like dancer #2 I would have kept my money too! And can you believe the poor black folks of Durham still think something happened after being told there is no DNA evidence against ANY Duke LaCrosse player on the accuser ANYWHERE! Do they still not get it? This is just another attempt to play that race card as they do so well because they don't have anything else to use. Would someone please educate these people. I hope the girl has a miserable life, she deserves it. It's time for the nation to find out who she is and what she looks like. She's not a rape victim, she's a fake.

No, this would not interest my memory of the Duke Lacrosse case interior the least. As others have noted, that's a federal case with diverse witnesses, there became purely one witness against the Duke gamers, the 'alleged' sufferer. in spite of if the Duke gamers were accountable, besides the actuality that it could have been inexcusable if that they had raped her, the alleged 'sufferer' became no longer previous blame simply by fact she had positioned herself interior the area to be taken care of badly. those canines that Michael Vick abused and killed had NO determination, and there became truthfully NO reason they must have been subjected to this horrendous therapy. PETA stayed out of the Duke case. NAACP has positioned greater advantageous than their 2 cents in on the two situations, and in the two situations they have been incorrect. Btw, why did no longer NAACP talk out on behalf of the different black adult males accused of this crime interior the Michael Vick case? Why are they protecting purely Michael Vick? i think of this shows the place the NAACP's attention is placed, and it particularly is not for the 'progression" of each 'colored' guy or woman. i've got confidence this shows a actual 'prejudice' on THEIR section.

Frankly, I don't view them as innocent little lambs being led to the slaughter. I doubt they treated the two strippers with respect and class. Maybe they will think twice about objectifying women in the future.
Obviously, though (as the DNA evidence states), unless they wore condoms, they didn't rape her. That makes me upset with her on behalf of all women who have REALLY been raped who can't get their case before a judge. The DA in this case did a really bad job and he deserves to be fired.

Mike Nifong is to blame for the whole mess. If he would have done some real investigating in the first place instead of trying to jump start his re-election campaign he wouldn't have maliciously ruined the lives of the three young men.

If ever a prosecutor deserved to have his career ruined, it is Mike Nifong.

I think its become abundantly clear that they were charged just to get Niphong reelected. I think that the DA acted as most self-serving politicians and now its come back to haunt him. I believe that Duke jumped the gun and are now going to pay through the nose for forgetting that in America there is the presumption of innocence that these three didn't get. I hope that they get millions.

The woman is full of it. Even her friend thinks so. She thought she'd get a big payday from the rich white boys. She had DNA in her from 5 guys and none where any of the Duke players??? One word for ya....Ho

It seems like the more information comes out the less guilty they appear to be. I agree that it has turned into a publicity stunt.
