escucha la cinta= listen to the tape.

I do not know the context in which you use the word line. If you mean "you can never understand what I say " then it would be " Nunca entiendes lo que digo." You see the problem with line is that the usual literal translation to Spanish is "linea." However "linea" does not have all of the same meanings in Spanish that it has in English.
When you say " you can never understand my line" is it directed to a specific person or group of persons who are at fault for not understanding you or do you mean that your "line" is unintelligible to anyone?

In the former case you would want to say in singular formal -" Usted nunca puede entender mi linea"; in singular familiar-"Tu nunca puedes entender mi linea"; in plural, if Spain-"Vosotros (vosotras if only adressing women) nunca podeis entender mi linea"; plural in Spanish speaking American countries-"Ustedes nunca pueden entender mi linea."

In the latter case, that your line is simply unintelligible, you could simply say " No se entiende mi linea, nunca" or " Nunca se entiende mi linea."

If I didn't give you what you need then you need to be more specific about the context of your "line" not being understood. I would be glad to help.

It looks as though no one else who has answered really speaks fluent Spanish.

"escucha la cinta" literally means "the tape listens", but the translation that I think that you are looking for is "listen to the tape"

"you can never understand my line" translates to "usted nunca puede entender mi lìnea"

escuchar means to listen, and cinta is a tape. so escucha la cinta means he/she listens to the tape.

for the second part...
you is "tu"
can is "puedo"
never is "nunca"
understand is "entender"
my line is "mi línea" (but im not sure that's the kind of "line" u meant...)

so in spanish it would be:
"tu nunca peudas entender mi linea"
