Our home is on the market for sale. A buyer submitted an offer to purchase our home and we accepted the offer. The purchase agreement was signed by both buyer and seller. The buyer backs out of the deal one day after agreement was signed and stops payment on the escrow check. The only contigency of the contact was home inspection. The buyer backs out even before the inspection was order.

As the seller what rights do we have? Or is it worth fighting for considering that the conract was on in effect for one day?

my ex husband lied in the decree about his income and I have his paystubs for the whole year. I have proof that he lied. He also told the courts that he was loosing his job by march of 07 and that of course turned out to be a lie too. Is this all I need to modify child support or will it take more than this? I don't want to spend money on attorneys if I won't be awarded more? do I need an attorney to do this? I just want the judge to know what a lier he is. Please Please help?

Does anyone know how to edit a sound and/or video clip in way that when you try to play it it opens a browser? Is there a certain software or program that edits the clip to respond in that sort of way? When i sometimes download clips from any filesharing network you find these clip to be edited in a way to open a browser and go to a website that it was costumized to go to! I JUST SO SERIOUSLY WANT TO KNOW HOW IF ANYBODY KNOWS PLEASE HELP ME. I believe some use it to create real traffic to their websites because let's say a famous song comes out that song is so famous that millions of people are going to download it but if that song is edited in a certain way it will bring you real millions of vistors to your website all around the world.
